摘要:
针对无溶剂法双氧水氧化环己烯合成环氧环己烷的油相反应液,采用常压精馏的方法对其进行了分离纯化,并得到了常压精馏操作的较佳工艺条件。在此工艺条件下,环氧环己烷的纯度和单程收率分别达到99.59%和85.87%,对常压精馏后的塔釜高沸点残留物进行减压精馏回收后,环氧环己烷总收率可以达90%以上,为其工业化生产提供重要的实验依据。
Abstract:
From the oil phase reaction liquor of H2O2 oxidation of cyclohexene,epoxycyclohexane was separated and purified by atmospheric distillation,and the optimum conditions were determined. Under the optimum conditions the purity of epoxycyclohexane obtained was 99.59% and the single pass yield of product was 85.87 %. Epoxycyclohexane in the high boiling point bottom residue was recovered by vacuum distillation,and the total yield of epoxycyclohexane could be over 90%.
