Abstract: In this paper,a technology is introduced to manufacture self-sensitized ammoniu m nitrate under the surfactant and vacuum crystallizing process The optimum tec hnological parameters,including concentration, temperature and vacuum degree,v acuum period,are discussed in detail The self-sensitized ammonium nitrate wit h honeycomb structure and lots of "micro-hole" is obtained With its low hyd roscopicity and caking, this kind of self-sensitized ammonium nitrate is could b e used in more industrial fields
