摘要: 描述了纤维Oldroyd-B流体半浓悬浮液的本构方程,计算了定常剪切流动突然开始后的纤维取向和应力的发展过程,并将计算结果与其它本构方程的计算结果和实验结果进行比较,结果表明,本文的本构方程能合理地描述应力的发展过程,尤其能刻划出应力峰值后的弹性增长,这是其它本构方程所不能描述的。

Abstract: This paper describes a constitutive equation for semi - concentrated fiber suspensions in the Oldroyd - B fluid. Fiber orientation and stress growth upon the inception of steady shear flow are calculated. The model predictions are compared to those using other constitutive equations and experimental data. The constitutive equation in this paper can reasonably describe stress growth,especially the viscoelastic stress growth after the initial stress peak value contributed from the fiber component.
