摘要: 本文(I)报建立的重油催化裂化十一集总反应动力学模型的基础上,开发了重油催化裂化集总反应动力学(HCCLK)工业应用软件,并对ZCM-7和RHZ-200两个催化剂的工业应用结果进行了验证计算,结果表明,拟合性能良好,为模型的进一步应用打下了良好的基础.

Abstract: Based on the established kinetic model which includes eleven lumped species for heavy oil catalytic cracking, A computer software (HCCLK) for refinery has been developed. With this software, this kinetic model was verified in practical results of ZCM - 7 and RHZ -200 catalysts . The results show that the model is reliable,fits well ,and lays the good foundation for further commercial application.
