摘要: 从动力学方面对钙基吸收剂在燃烧过程中脱氯机理进行探讨,旨在明确燃烧过程各种影响因素对脱氯反应速率的影响.建立了CaO-HCl脱氯反应的未反应收缩核动力学模型,通过模型计算分析了反应温度、反应时间、HCl气体的浓度和CaO粒径对脱氯特性的影响.模型结果与实验结果吻合较好,说明建立的动力学模型可较好地反映燃烧脱氯过程.

Abstract: The kinetics of dechlorination of Ca-based sorbents was explored in this paper, in order to confirm the factors that control the reaction rate in the combustion.A shrinking core model of nonporous CaO-HCl was built.From this model, the effects of such factors as reaction temperature, reaction time, concentration of HCl, particle size of CaO on dechlorination characteristics were studied.The results showed that the model fitted experimental results, so the model could reflect the course of dechlorination well.
