原油强化蒸馏过程的研究进展

摘要: 强化蒸馏是80年代在石油加工领域发展起来的新技术,通过使用活化剂改变石油体系的性质,调节石油分散体系使其处于活化状态,从而强化传递过程,提高轻质油品收率,对炼油工业效益的提高及竞争能力的增强具有重要意义.本文通过对原油强化蒸馏研究进展的分析,揭示开发新型分离技术的有效途径,即利用物理或化学方法对分离过程进行强化,通过不同方法的交叉集合形成新型有效的分离技术.

Abstract: The intensifying distillation is one of new technologies proposed and developed since 1980s in the field of the petroleum processing.Its theoretical fundamentals are the concepts of petroleum dispersion system and complex structure unit.Adding the activators into the crude oil can adjust the petroleum dispersion system to the active state,and intensify the heat and mass transfer in distillation columns.Therefore,this technology can increase the yield of light distillates in atmospheric and vacuum distillation.In this paper the advances in theory and practice in intensifying distillation of crude oil are briefly reviewed.From the insight into the intensifying distillation,it demonstrates that intensifying the petroleum processing plays an important part nole in increasing profits and enhancing the ability of market competition for the oil refining industry.Moreover,it reveals that the intensification to the distillation processes could bring about a new technique with high efficiency for the separation and purification of substances.
