摘要: 本文通过对顺丁胶抽余油溶液的折射率及粘度的测定来预计胶液浓度、平均分子量及门尼粘度,并得出相应的关联式。为在生产上实现这三个参数的自动控制提供了一种可供参考的方法。

Abstract: In this paper, the refractive index and the viscosities of concentrated solutions of cis-polybutadiene were correlated with its concentration (or conversion), average molecular weight and Mooney viscosity. The expressions were as follows: Where n is the differance between the refractive indices of solution and solvent, and is the viscosity of solution at zero shear rate.C,M, and ML are concentration (or coversion), average molecular weight and Mooney viscosity respectively.
