珠串反应器中流出曲线对传递系数和吸附系数的敏感性

摘要: 在珠串反应器上,使用Fourier分析的方法,考察了正戊烷-Pt-Sn/Al_2O_3体系的传递系数和吸附系数对流出峰影响的敏感性.在所有这些参数中,只有吸附平衡常数和粒内有效扩散系数能从单一次脉冲应答试验中准确地获得.研究结果说明,珠串反应器的行为类似于通常的填料床反应器.在计算中也考察了不同的目标函数、周期和步长对参数计算值的影响.

Abstract: The sensitivity of elution curve to adsorption and transport coefficients, analyzed by Fourier analysis, was examined in a Single Pellet String Reactor (SPSR)with the n-pentane-Pt-Sn/Al2O3 system. In these parameters, adsorption equilibrium constant and intraparticle effective diffusion coefficient can be accurately obtained from one pules-response experiment in SPSR. The results show that the behavior of SPSR is similar to that of the conventional packed bed reactor. The effects of the objective function, the period andthe step length used in calculation on the estimated values are also investigated.
