混酸介质中用N_(235)萃取镍、钴、铜的分配模型研究

摘要: 本文研究用N_(235)(混合三脂肪胺)作萃取剂,从含有Ni~(2+)”,Co~(2+)和Cu~(2+)的混酸(HCl-H_2SO_4)溶液中有效地萃取分离各金属离子的条件.实验以水相氯离子浓度、有机相N_(235)初始浓度和操作温度为独立交量,测定了在不同实验条件下镍、钻、铜的一系列分配系数.在此基础上,利用计算机分别建立了它们各自的萃取平衡分配模型,以便在给定的分离要求下,能定量计算选用N_(235)作萃取剂的可能性.并用串级实验考查了所建模型的适用性.

Abstract: The objective of this work is to determine the conditions for sepa rating Co2+ and Cu2+ from Ni2+ in mixed acid(HCl-H2SO4) with N235(Alamine 336)as an extractant. The distribution coefficients of Ni2+, Co2+ and Cu2+ were measured under different conditions, and on the basis of the distribution coefficients obtained, equilibrium models for the three elements have been established by nonlinear least square method. These models were tested in a four-stage countercurrent extraction battery. The test results showed satisfactory agreement between models andmeasred.
