摘要: 在接近工业操作的条件下,对在国产V-203铜系催化剂上由CO/CO_2/H_2合成甲醇的动力学进行了实验研究,提出了反映CO_2促进作用的合成甲醇总速率方程式.当CO_2大约为6.0%(摩尔)时,合成甲醇的总速率达到极大值.

Abstract: The kinetic study of methanol synthesis from syn gas containing some CO2 was carried out over a copper-based catalyst developed in China. The significant promotional effect of CO2 on the synthesis of methanol was observed and experimental data could be fitted very well to the following overall rate expression which implied the optimal concentration of CO2 to be about 6.0%.
