Two-phase Flow Regimes and Uniform Load Behavior of Bubble-Cap Distribution for Trickle-Bed Reactor

摘要: 用单泡帽装置可研究涓流床泡帽分布板的气液两相流动状态(Flow regimes)及压降性能.通过七个泡帽分布板的实验测定,得到均布所需的条件.本文证明:在喷射流动状态有利于液体分布,并提出简要的解释.泡帽分布板分布性能比降流营型好得多.对大型涓流床泡帽分布板的设计提出了有益的建议.

Abstract: A one-bubble-cap unit was used to study gas-liquid two-phase flow regimes and pressure drops of trickle-bed bubble-cap distributor. The necessary conditions for uniform liquid loading were tested in a seven-bubble-caps distributor. It was proved that only jet flow regime benefits uniform distribution, a brief explanation was also presented. The bubble-cap distributor bears much better distributing behavior than the down-flow pipe distributor. Some consideration about the design of large scale trickle-bed bubble-cap distributor were suggested.
