摘要: 本文用晋城干馏煤,以蒸汽为气化剂,于管式反应器中在850~1100℃条件下作了本征动力学的研究.研究结果发现,转化率在0.2附近时,气化速率最大.常压下,反应速率与温度和转化率呈如下关系dx_c/dt=1.45×10~5exp(-19650/T)x_c~(0.25)(1-x_c)本文还得出了950℃下,0.1~1.5MPa范围内蒸汽分压对反应速率的关联dx_c/dt=2.13×10~6P_(H_2O)/(1+4.69P_(H_2O))exp(-19650/T)x_c~(0.25)(1-x_c)

Abstract: In this paper, a study on the intrinsic kinetics of steam gasification made in a tubular reactor with the char prepared from Jincheng anthracite coal is reported. The reaction temperature is from 850 to 1100℃. There is a maximum rate of gasification at xc = 0.2.The relationship of dxc/dt vs xc and temperature under atmospheric pressure is as follow: The relationship of dxc/dt vs pH2O in the range of pressure from 0.1 to 1.5 MPa at 950 ℃ is
