摘要: 测定了19种不同几何尺寸的螺杆-导流筒搅拌器层流域的轴向循环流量、功率消耗和Metzner常数K_(?).通过对螺杆挤出机的动力学分析结果进行实验修正,得到了半经验的无因次循环流量C_1、功率数K_(?)以及K_(?)的计算式.实验发现流体的弹性显著地抑制轴向循环流动,与牛顿流体相比,弹性流体的C_1有所降低.

Abstract: The axial circulation, power consumption and Metzner constant Kswere measured for 19 types of helical screw impellers with a draught tube in the laminar regime. On the basis of an analogy between this mixer and a screw extruder, the semi-theoretical correlations of the circulation number Ci, power consumption Kp and Metzner constant Ks were obtained. The influence of elasticity on circulation number Ci was also studied. The elasticity seemed to dampen the axial circulation and the circulation number Ci of viscoelastic fluids was lower than that of Newtonian fluids.
