摘要: 低压大型化甲醇生产可采用球形反应器串联装置,将1个大型合成塔分为几个具有相同体积的球形反应器,设备制造简单,操作灵活方便,建立了甲醇合成球形反应器的一维非均相数学模型,采用Powell直接搜索法进行优化设计,催化剂效率因子采用关键组分模型并用正交配置法求解。

Abstract: A cascade of spherical reactors can be used in the large scale methanol synthesis process under low pressure, because of simplicity of manufacture and flexibility of operation, where one methanol synthesis converter is divided into several reactors in series. The one -dimensional heterogeneous model of the spherical reactors is presented, which describes the distribution of gaseous compositions and temperatures in the gas bulk and on the external surface of the catalyst particle. The effectiveness factors of the parallel hydrogenation reactions of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide to methanol over Cu - based catalyst were calculated by the orthogonal collocation method. The volume of the spherical fixed bed and the optimal operating conditions were found out by the Powell optimization method.
