摘要: 在分析总结植物单宁化学结构特征、性质和优化利用途径的基础上,提出了这类可再生植物资源更适宜的化工生产过程.并以此为例,阐述了天然产物资源精细化加工利用的必要性.

Abstract: Based on comprehensive investigation of properties and functions of different compositions in vegetable tannin extracts,some more reasonable technologies of chemically processing natural products are presented.The new methods might lead to a series of high value-added fine chemicais in addition to making full use of this rich natural resource.Consequently,it is suggested that the refined chemical technologies are quite necessary for producing and utilizing natural products in future.
