摘要: <正>目前,由于实验条件的限制,多相流的研究多局限于宏观特性的研究.但是随着科学技术的发展和工业的进步,人们对多相流已不再满足于宏观特性的研究,转而进行微观性能的研究,并深入探讨多相流动机理及其模型,以期更好地指导生产实践.对于影响多相流中微观传质、传热性能的流动参数的测量,目前尚未有一种好的方法,因此,多相流中液速的准确测量已成为微观多相流研究的关键环节,多相流中局部液速测量新方法的开发与研究就显得十分重要.

Abstract: A DC conductivity instrument to measure liquid rates in multiphase flow was developed and researched. The material, size, seal and shape of the probe were optimized. The effects of temperature and fluid conductivity on instrument performance were investigated to determine impulse form and instrument circuit. The liquid rate distribution in a reverse jet loop bioreactor was measured by this instrument, and the results reveal the reliability of this method.
