摘要: 以在膜反应器中进行的CO2 加氢合成甲醇的复杂反应 (平行反应 )体系为模型反应建立了等温一维拟均相膜反应器并流模型 ,运用Runge -Kutta法对膜反应器中的反应过程行为进行模拟 ,并讨论了Da、α、Φprq1T、γL1等参数对反应过程行为的影响

Abstract: A parallel flow model of isothermal one-dimension pseudo-homogeneous membrane reactor for methanol synthesis from CO 2 in silicone rubber/ceramic composite membrane reactor was developed. Runge-Kutta method was adopted to simulate the process behavior in the membrane reactor. Such parameters which affect the reaction behavior in the membrane reactor,as operation parameter, Damkhler number Da , pressure ratio p r, reaction temperature T , membrane separation α , membrane permeation parameter Φ , mole ratio γ of H 2 to CO 2, flux ratio q 1 of purge gas to feed as well as L 1 the nonuniform parameter of membrane permeation, were discussed in detail.
