Abstract: In this paper,the liquid-liquid equilibrium data of methanol/H ₂O/H ₂O ₂/TMB/TOP are determined at 40℃ and at normal pressure.The experimental data are correlated with UNIQUAC and NRTL models,and the results are satisfactory.The relative mean deviation is less than 4%, and the relative maximal deviation is less than 8%.These parameters can be used to simulate the extraction process of the integrated process of epoxidation of propylene catalyzed by titanium silicalite (TS-1) and production of H ₂O ₂ by anthraquinone route.
