摘要: 生态工业和生态工业园区是近年来出现的解决环境问题和可持续发展的新思路 .对不确定条件下工业园区优化组合问题的研究是其中一个非常重要的组成部分 .提出了当同时存在周期变动和随机变动两种不同类型的不确定变量时 ,工业园区优化问题的求解方法及适用范围 .应用该法对一工业园区案例进行了计算和分析 ,表明了该法的有效性 .

Abstract: The paper develops a new idea to solve optimization problems that come from coexistence of two different kinds of uncertain parameters. Industrial Ecology (IE) and Eco-Industrial Park (EIP) is a new idea to deal with environmental problems. During the study on EIP,it is important to study the optimization of an industrial park under uncertainty.In an industrial park,uncertain parameters can be divided into two kinds:parameters of one kind are varying stochastically;and those of the other kind are varying periodically.There are methods for each kind of them. However,both kinds of parameters often exist at the same time in an industrial park.In this paper,the main steps to establish a framework to optimize an industrial park are presented.A method is developed to deal with problems of coexistence of both kinds of parameters.It converts periodical parameters to stochastic parameters, so that the problems can be solved by using stochastic optimization method. Finally an example is presented to testify the feasibility of the proposed method.
