强酸型阳离子交换纤维的直接法制备

摘要: 聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维直接脱水反应形成多烯化纤维,随后磺化处理制得盐解交换容量达2~3.2mmol•g-1的强酸型阳离子交换纤维.讨论了脱水剂、加热温度与气氛对脱水反应的影响以及脱水率、磺化温度及时间对产品盐解交换容量的影响.IR分析表明脱水纤维出现共轭C=C双键的伸缩振动吸收峰,产品在1200 cm-1、1040 cm-1处出现了S=O键和C=S键的伸缩振动吸收峰.电子衍射结果表明脱水反应施加张紧力能使纤维保持类晶结构.

Abstract: The strong acidic ion exchange fibers with higher exchange capacities up to 3.2 mmol•g-1 were prepared by the dehydration reaction of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber followed by sulfonation.The paper studied the effects of dehydrating catalyst,temperature,and atmosphere on dehydration reaction and the effects of mass loss, temperature and time of sulfonation on exchange capacities.The IR spectra showed that the dehydrated fiber exhibited the absorption peak of carbon double bond.There were absorption peaks of S=O and C=S in the IR spectra of the product.The spectrogram of electron diffraction indicated that the fiber could keep its crystalloid structure by drawing tension.
