摘要: 在新型垂直筛板基础上进行结构上的改进,形成一种新的塔板-梯矩形立体喷射塔板,在板压降、生产能力、操作弹性、雾沫夹带等方面与新型垂直筛板相比有很大的改善.通过实验测定了多罩体系的干、湿板压降以及雾沫夹带等基本的流体力学性能并且得到了相应的关联方程.

Abstract: Based on the new-vertical-sieve-tray,some reform on tray structure was made to develop a new kind of apparatus-LLC-Tray.Some improvements in pressure drop of tray, operating flexibility, capacity of production, entrainment ,etc, were observed.The basic hydrodynamics of multi-cover system,such as dry-pressure-drop, wet-pressure-drop and entrainment were measured and relevant correlations were obtained.
