Abstract: The extraction process for the production of hydrogen peroxide via the anthraquinone route was simulated by chemical process simulation software——PRO/Ⅱ 7.1. The operation result and technical parameters of the extraction column in a yield of 100 000 t/a were confirmed. The effect of the technical parameters was discussed. The predicted values were compared with the actual production data and the agreement was found to be quite satisfactory for the production of hydrogen peroxide in a sieve plate column，which could be a reference for improving the extraction column and expanding the production of hydrogen peroxide.
