摘要: 介绍了功能化离子液体的制备,综述了功能化离子液体在食品工业领域的最新应用进展,重点讨论了功能化离子液体在食品工业的原料合成、分析提纯和生物技术方面的应用进展,分析了功能化离子液体在食品工业应用中存在的问题,提出了功能化离子液体在食品工业中的发展方向。
Abstract: This paper introduces the preparation of task-specific ionic liquids,summarizes the latest developments of task-specific ionic liquids in food industry,and discusses the developments of task-specific ionic liquids in preparation of raw materials,analysis and purification in food industry,as well as biotechnology. This paper also analyzes the existing problems of task-specific ionic liquids in food industry,and presents the future developments of task-specific ionic liquids in food industry.
