乙酰水杨酸锌的合成及表征

摘要: 以硫酸锌和乙酰水杨酸(ASP)为原料,固液相法制得了乙酰水杨酸锌(C18H14O8Zn·2H2O),用XRD、FT-IR、DSC等对产物进行了表征。X射线粉末衍射数据计算结果表明,所合成的配合物属于单斜晶系,晶胞参数为a = 1.1449 nm,b = 1.4048 nm,c = 0.9247 nm,β = 94.46°。合成工艺条件为n(ASP)∶n(Zn2+) = 2∶1,pH = 6,反应温度80 ℃,反应时间30 min,产率82.5%。

Abstract: Zinc acetylsalicylate was synthesized by solid-liquid phase reaction with the starting materials of ZnSO4•7H2O and acetylsalicylic acid (ASP). The product was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,FT-IR and DSC. The X-ray powder diffraction data indicated that the crystal structure of the complex belonged to monoclinic system. The lattice parameters are a = 1.1449 nm,b = 1.4048 nm,c = 0.9247 nm,β = 94.46°. The optimized conditions for the synthesis are n(ASP)∶n(Zn2+) = 2∶1,pH = 6,reaction temperature 80 °C,and reaction time 30 min,with which the yield of zinc acetylsalicylate is 82.5%.
