摘要:

利用秸秆来制取燃料乙醇越来越受到重视,但由于秸秆的成分复杂,很难直接利用其来进行发酵生产乙醇。本文从秸秆原料组分分析入手,介绍和比较了以秸秆为原料的各种预处理方法,并系统分析了典型纤维素酶的种类及特点对水解方法及发酵生产乙醇的关键技术的进展进行了总结,并进一步分析了秸秆生产燃料乙醇的关键技术问题和今后的研究发展趋势

Abstract:

In recent yearsthe way of using stalks to produce ethanol has attracted more and more attention. Howeverit is extremely difficult to produce ethanol directly from stalks as their components are very complex. Different pretreatment methods for stalk materials are introduced and compared given their components. Meanwhilesome typical cellulases are systematically summarized in terms of their characteristics and progress in  hydrolysis and ethanol fermentation. The crucial techniques of ethanol production from stalks as well as the future research development trend are prospected.
