摘要:
催化氧化深度脱除烯烃中微量CO,具有工艺设备简单、易操作、脱除效率高等特点。本文综述了国内外深度脱除烯烃中微量CO的催化剂研究状况,接着介绍了CO氧化脱除机理,然后详细讨论了铜系催化剂上存在的3种氧化态(Cu2+、Cu1+、Cu0)在CO氧化反应的活性差异以及活性晶格氧的性质对CO氧化活性的影响,并对该技术发展做了展望。
Abstract:
Catalytic oxidation for the removal of trace amount of carbon monoxide in olefins needs less equipments,gives more manipulability and higher removal efficiency. In this paper,the research progress of catalysts in such process is reviewed. The mechanism for the removal of trace amount of carbon monoxide is introduced. The CO oxidation activities of Cu-based catalyst are compared among three oxidation states,i.e. Cu2+,Cu1+ and Cu0. The impact of active lattice oxygen properties upon catalytic activities in CO oxidation is discussed in detail,and the research perspective is also presented.
