摘要:

以钼催化剂的应用领域为线索,综述了它在化工生产过程中的主要应用,包括含硫处理过程、选择性氧化过程及甲烷无氧芳构化过程。Mo独特的耐硫性能使其在加氢精制、CO耐硫变换及低碳醇合成过程中具有不可替代的作用,其氧化物或复合氧化物是低碳烃选择性氧化的良好催化剂,其优良的配位性能可以发挥络合物催化剂在烯烃选择性氧化及不对称氧化过程中的优势,除此之外,它还是甲烷无氧芳构化过程理想的催化体系。钼基催化剂在化工生产过程中发挥着重要作用,但催化剂的活性和稳定性均有待提高。

Abstract:

The main application of Mo-containing catalysts in chemical processes is reviewedincluding that in sulfur-containing conditionsselective oxidation process and methane aromatization under non-oxidative conditions. The unique sulfur-tolerance ability makes Mo unsubstitutable in hydrotreatingCO shift and alcohol synthesis process. Mo-containing oxide can act as an excellent catalyst for selective oxidation of hydrocarbon. Its good complex property makes Mo-containing complex quite useful in selective and asymmetric oxidation of olefins. It can also be used in methane aromatization process. Howeverits activity and stability need to be further improved.
