摘要:
在循环流化床(CFB)冷模试验系统中,对新型一体化返料换热装置的气固流动特性与运行条件的关系进行了试验研究。通过改变均流室风速、回料室风速、立管径向加入侧送风等,观察分析不同运行参数条件对回料系统内床料气固流动状况的影响。试验得到了返料换热装置各风室不同运行条件、立管径向侧风参数等与返料换热装置内气固流动参数之间的定性和定量关系。
Abstract:
In the circulating fluidized bed(CFB)cold model test system,a study on the relationship between operating conditions and gas-solids flow characteristics were carried out in a new returning ash heat exchanger. By changing the air flowrates of air-equalizing chamber and back-feed chamber,supplying air in radial direction in standpipe,the gas-solid flow characteristics of back-feed system under different operating conditions were analyzed. Cold test study results showed the relationship between different operating conditions and gas-solids flow characteristics in the returning ash heat exchanger,obtained from the air flowrates of each air chamber and the parameters of radial air supply for standpipe.
