丙烯聚合卧式搅拌床反应器中持料量的检测

摘要:

利用单点声发射检测技术,根据颗粒撞击壁面产生声信号的机理,建立了卧式搅拌床反应器内持料量的预测模型,该模型可以定量描述单点声能量随床层持料量的变化规律。在搅拌转速、吹气量等条件保持不变时,以空气聚丙烯颗粒体系为例,在冷模装置中考察了床层持料量在11.5~23 kg条件下单点声发射信号的变化情况。实验发现,单点声信号能量随床层持料量呈指数增加。利用预测模型对实验数据进行拟合,拟合参数的相关系数达0.9929,表明利用单点声发射检测技术可以准确检测床层的持料量。在某工业装置中测量了持料量在2~18 t条件下的声信号,结果表明声信号能量与持料量能较好地符合预测模型。因此,利用单点声发射技术,可以在线检测反应器内的持料量,进一步监测床内料位的稳定情况,对于工业反应器的稳定操作和优化生产有重要意义。

Abstract:

A model of bed mass in propylene polymerization horizontal stirred bed reactor(HSBR)was proposed to explore the quantitative relationship between acoustic emission(AE)energy and bed mass, based on the mechanism of acoustic signals emitted by collision between particles and reactor wall.The system of air and polypropylene was used as an example and investigated at the bed mass range from 11.5 kg to 23 kg.It was found that singlepoint acoustic energy grew exponentially with increasing bed mass.Fitting results showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.9929 between AE energy and bed mass by using the model proposed.The feasibility of scaling up on an industrial plant was studied and test results were in accordance with the theoretical model.Therefore, singlepoint acoustic emission method makes it possible to monitor the bed mass online and further to predict whether the bed level is stable in HSBR, which is of great importance to optimize and better control the propylene polymerization process.
