固定床煤气化炉的模拟与优化

摘要:

助过程模拟软件Aspen Plus建立了固定床煤气化炉的数学模型,模拟计算了固定床煤气化炉的制气过程,并利用现场数据对模型进行考核,结果表明该模型与实际生产运行数据吻合较好,最大误差低于7.05%;利用该模型研究了空气和蒸汽的通量、空气和蒸汽的预热温度对评价指标的影响,以及在体积流量相同时,夏季和冬季实际空气通量对评价指标的影响。结果表明:在运行的煤进料条件下,通空气量为18 kg·s-1时对制气最有利,通蒸汽量应综合考虑;在模拟温度范围内,空气和蒸汽的温度升高时,气化指标均有所提高;冬季制气指标相比于夏季更好。

Abstract:

A model was developed using process simulation software Aspen Plus and verified based on the onsite data.The results fit the current situation well, with the maximal error less than 7.05%.The model was used to optimize the operating condition of a fixed bed gasifier.The effects of three important parameters on evaluating index were investigated in this study: the flow rates of air and steam, the preheating temperatures of air and steam, and the actual air flow rates in summer and in winter with the same volume flow rate.The results show that when the air flow rate is 18 kg·s-1, under the current operational condition, the gasification index is the best, and all the factors should be taken into account to obtain the steam flow rate.In the simulation temperature range, the gasification index is improved with a rise of temperature.The gasification index in winter is better than in summer.
