摘要: 采用将反应和分离结合为一体的反应气提上艺,开发了适于液固作均相反应的多段悬浮床反应气提塔,简述了塔的主要参数的计算方法,将该工艺和设备应用于苯酚丙酮制取双酚A的缩介反应。实验表明丙酮的转化率和双酚A选择性均达到95%以上,生产双酚A的能力以每克催化剂计为0.767g/h。

Abstract: In this paper a reactive stripping technology integrating reaction separation is presented. A multistage suspension-bed for reactive stripping reactor has been developed for simultaneously performing heterogeneous catalysis and separation. The calculation methods of the principal parameters of the above reactor are introduced. This technology and column were applied to the condensation reaction between phenol and acetone to produce bisphenol A (BPA). The acetone conversion and selectivity were all over 95%,and capacity of the catalyst reached 0. 767g BPA/(g cat ·h).
