Abstract

Abstract: The characteristics of ionic liquids are reviewed. The toxicity of ionic liquids to enzymes and living cells reported in recent years is also summarized and analyzed. Especially, the recent development of their application in chiral synthesis by biocatalysis with hydrolases and oxidoreductases is presented.

摘要： 介绍了离子液体的特性；同时对近几年报道的离子液体对酶及细胞活性影响的研究进行了归纳、总结和分析；详细介绍了近几年报道的有关离子液体在生物催化手性化合物合成中的应用情况，特别是对于水解酶和氧化还原酶催化的反应按反应的类型分别进行了归纳和分析。
