Abstract:
The modification of industrial activated carbon 4#(AC4)with impregnated KOH and the adsorption capacities of KOH,Na2CO3,KI toward carbonyl sulfide(COS)were studied and compared,leading to the result:KOH>Na2CO3>KI. The effects of reaction conditions were investigated. The fresh activated carbon and modified activated carbon before and after COS adsorption were characterized by SEM-EDS. The results showed that 10%(w%)of KOH was the best impregnation and the optimum condition was at 60 ℃ with 1.0% of oxygen content. Furthermore,SEM-EDS distribution indicated that the result of adsorption became obviously better by the change of pore structure of modified activated carbon and the formation of surface active materials.

以工业4#活性炭(AC4)为载体,制备KOH改性活性炭,对比研究了KOH、Na2CO3、KI改性活性炭在相同条件下吸附净化羰基硫(COS)的性能,为KOH>Na2CO3>KI;考察了反应条件对吸附净化COS气体的影响;并对空白活性炭、新鲜改性活性炭和吸附后改性活性炭作SEM-EDS表征分析。结果表明,质量分数为10%的KOH是最佳浸渍液,反应温度60 ℃、氧含量1.0%为改性活性炭的最佳反应条件。结合SEM-EDS表征分析表明:改性活性炭孔结构的变化和表面活性物质的生成使其对COS的吸附净化效果增强。
