Abstract:

Aluminum titanium coupling agents with amphoteric ion were synthesized by using PAC（polyaluminium chloride），butyl titanate and stearic acid as raw materials. Synthesis conditions of aluminum titanium coupling agents were optimized through the experiment. The effects of preparation conditions，such as reaction temperature，reaction time and raw materials proportion on the yield of aluminum titanium coupling agents were investigated. The results indicated that the optimal conditions to prepare aluminum titanium coupling agents with the yield of 91% were as follows：reaction temperature was 105 ℃，reaction time was 2 h，the mole ratio of the stearic acid and butyl titanate was 2∶3. The aluminum titanium coupling agents were used for surface modification of CaCO₃，and the variation of surface properties of CaCO₃ such as structure，sediment volume，dispersity and wetability was discussed.

以聚合氯化铝（PAC）、钛酸丁酯和硬脂酸等为原料合成了具有两性功能基的铝钛偶联剂，通过实验对铝钛偶联剂的合成条件进行优化。探讨了反应时间、反应温度、原料配比等因素对产率的影响。结果表明：反应温度105 ℃、反应时间2 h、硬脂酸/酞酸丁酯摩尔比为2∶3为制备铝钛偶联剂的较佳工艺条件，制得产率为91%的所需产物。利用合成的铝钛偶联剂对碳酸钙进行表面改性，并讨论了改性前后碳酸钙结构的改变以及沉降体积、分散性和润湿性的变化。
