Abstract: Genetic algorithm was used to estimate the kinetics parameters for the synthesis of ethyl tert -butyl ether from ethanol and tert -butyl alcohol on strong acid cation exchange resin S-54.The standard genetic algorithm was modified by using multiple crossover and mutation strategies instead of simple strategy.The modified genetic algorithm avoided the problem of local optimum and showed higher estimation precision and better convergence than the traditional algorithm of Runge-Kutta.The influences of genetic strategy and the genetic code representation on algorithm performance were also discussed.The calculation results using these parameters obtained with the modified genetic algorithm agreed well with experimental data.
摘要: 采用多重交叉策略和多重变异策略的改进遗传算法 ,对以强酸性阳离子交换树脂S - 5 4为催化剂 ,用乙醇和叔丁醇为原料合成乙基叔丁基醚反应动力学方程组中的速度常数、水的阻碍系数等参数进行了求解计算 ,并就编码方式、遗传策略等对算法性能的影响进行了讨论 .该方法估算精度高 ,有效避免了传统算法可能陷于局部最优的问题 ,所得到的有关动力学参数可靠 ,模型计算结果与实验结果吻合良好
