Abstract: Based on the concepts of irreversible thermodynamics, a model for ther-modynamic analysis of ammonia synthesis reactors has been proposed. This model was checked by availability analysis of classical thermodynamics and calculation showed that the model gave good accuracy. The method is characterized by its ability to classify various kinds of exergy losses and to correlate these losses to effects of kinetic factors. Various types of ammonia synthesis reactors were evaluated by means of the proposed model.
摘要: 以不可逆热力学的概念建立了氨合成反应器的热力学模型,并用经典热力学的有效能分析法作了检验,结果表明,本文提出的方法具有较高的准确性.该方法的主要特点是进行了有效能损失的分类,对各类有效能损失与相应的动力学因素作出定量的关联.本文还运用所提出的方法,评价了不同类型的氨合成反应器.
