Abstract: In this investigation, a diffusion-reaction equation of the desorption of carbon dioxide from hot catalyzed potash solution was derived from the film model, as follows The effects of the concentration of promoter, temperature and rotor speed on the desorption rate are discussed. The theoretical predictions are in close agreement with experiments using hot potash promoted by a vanadate.
摘要: 本以双膜论为基础,经合理简化,推导出在催化热钾碱富液中存在两个平行反应(一个为可逆反应,一个为不可逆瞬间反应)这一解吸过程的扩散一反应方程.并求出其解析解,得到解吸速率表达式为:用这一模型很好地解释了钒酸盐催化热钾碱富液在本实验条件下的实验结果.并讨论了催化剂用量,液相搅拌转速及温度变化对解吸速率的影响.催化机理和模型与实验结果能够吻合一致.
