Abstract: An experimental investigation was performed for turbulent heat transfer to liquid sodium in the thermal entrance region. The main characteristicparameters in the experiment are the diameter ratio of the annular d2/dL= 1.54, heat flux g=50W/cm2, Reynolds number Re = 2 × 104- 1.5×105, Peclet number Pe= 122 -1078. The experimental results were found to be in good agreement with theoretical prediction. Finally, some empirical relations were obtained for the Nusselt numbers in fully-developed region and in the thermal entrance region respectively and for the length of the thermal entrance region of turbulent flow of liquid sodium:
摘要: 本文对液态金属钠在环管热进口段部分的紊流换热做了试验研究.实验的主要特性参数如下:环管通道之直径比d_2/d_1=1.54;热流密度q=50W/cm~2;雷诺数Re=2×10~4-1.5×10~5;贝克来数Pe=122-1078.分析表明,实验值与理论值吻合良好.最后,分别给出稳定段和热进口段的努塞尔数以及热进口段长度的计算式:Nu(∞)=(4.6+0.015Pe~(0.78))(d_2/d_1)~(0.3) Nu(z)=0.46Nu(∞)(PeDe/z)~(0.25)L/De=0.1197Pe/1+0.00092PrRe~(1.092)
