Abstract: The paper studies a heat exchanger network with graph theory,symmetric group acting on sets,orbit and equivalent relation.The structure and properties of the heat exchanger networks are defined so that the problem can be converted into multilevel mixed interger programming and the solution with optimality theory canbe given.
