Abstract: Based on the two-dimensional, fixed-number mixing-pool model proposed previously by the author, a new mathematical model, designated as three-dimensional nonequilibrium mixing-pool model, for simulating an industrial distillation process is presented in this paper. The basic mathematical description of the model is given and the calculated result for a propylene-propane frac-tionation tower shows good agreement with the plant data. The proposed model is believed to have broad prospects in applying to large diameter industrial distillation columns.
摘要: 在作者以前提出的二维、定数混合池模型的基础上,本文提出了一种对实际的工业精馏过程进行数学模拟的新方法——三维非平衡混合池模型.利用此模型对丙烯-丙烷气体分馏塔的计算证明,其对实际的工业精馏塔能够进行准确的数学模拟.从而显示了广阔的应用前景.
