Abstract: Based on filling/post filling simulation in injection molding and design of experiment (DOE) technology, the fractional factorial design method was introduced to investigate the significance of interaction among process parameters, and each factor’s effect on the quality of mold part was also studied. The results showed that the interaction was significant and cannot be neglected.

摘要： 基于注射成型充填/后充填数值模拟，结合实验设计（DOE）技术，应用分析因实验设计方法，研究工艺参数之间存在的两两交互作用，以及工艺参数对制品质量的影响度.结果显示对于所选参数，实验因子之间的交互作用显著，不容忽视.
