取代芳烃混合物吸附平衡特性的研究(Ⅲ)——不均匀势吸附模型在多组分吸附平衡推算中的应用

Abstract: The localized adsorption on zeolites is assumed and a heterogeneous statistical model for multicomponent adsorption equilibria of the substituted aromatic mixtures on zeolites under saturation conditions is developed. The model can be used to correlate the equilibrium data of binary adsorption systems and predict directly multicomponent adsorption equilibria from binary data. The new model has been tested on the systems of toluene-xylene/KY (150℃) and chlorobenzene-chlorotoluene-toluene/CaX(230℃). The proposed model is in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data from the literature, and is better than the homogeneous models published recently.

摘要: 以不均匀势定域吸附假设为基础,采用统计热力学方法,建立了组成显式的多组分不均匀势吸附平衡模型,用于自二组分吸附平衡数据直接推算多组分吸附平衡关系.对文献报道的几组取代芳烃/沸石饱和吸附体系多组分吸附平衡关系的理论推算结果表明,在实验误差范围内,本文建立的不均匀势吸附平衡模型与实验数据吻合良好,优于最近文献报道的几种均匀势吸附平衡模型.
