Abstract: A model is derived for describing the capillary filtration process of asymmetrical tubular ceramic ultrafiltration membranes from the filtration and capillary function theory.Methods for measuring parameters in this model are proposed and used.The good consistency between simulated results and measured ones showes that the model has a high reliability and practical values.
摘要: 以过滤理论和毛细作用原理为基础推导出非对称管式陶瓷超滤膜的毛细吸浆成膜过程的数学模型 ,并提出测定模型参数的实验方法 .模拟结果表明 ,非对称管式陶瓷超滤膜毛细过滤成膜厚度并不总是和吸浆时间成正比 .模拟结果与实测结果的良好一致性表明该模型具有较高的可靠性和实际应用价值
