Abstract: This paper deals with controlled release of drug based on the principle of chemical engineering. The comprehensive kinetic models for monolithic matrix are derived and the internal diffusional process is discussed. The models are tested by the polyCethylene -vinyl al-cohol)/5 - Fluorouracilum(EVAL/5 -FU)matrix system. The results show that the models, which can theoretically support the hypotheses of Higuchis model, agree well with experimental data.

摘要: 将化学工程原理应用于药物控制释放建立了应用范围较广的混合药膜缓释体系的动力学模型,讨论了混合药膜的内扩散过程,针对氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)和乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVAL)组成的混合药膜体系进行了实验验证。结果表明本文模型与实验符合良好,并能为Higuchi模型的假设提供理论依据。
