多元精馏过程的非平衡级动态模型

Abstract: A dynamic nonequilibrium stage model of multicomponent distillation processes is developed in this paper. Mass and energy transfer rate equations are used in describing the transfer processes on real trays and thus the computations of stage efficiencies are entirely avoided. By in-troducinga separation efficiency function, an applicable simulation model of simple structure is presented and the procedure for solving the differential equations using Gears algorithm is depicted as well. The simulation results obtained from two industrial distillation columns show that, comparing with the experimental data, this model can really predict the dynamics on real trays.

摘要: 提出了-种通用的多元精馏过程非平衡级动态模型。模型中采用传质、传热速率方程表征实际塔板上的传递过程,避免了级效率的计算。通过引入“分离效率函数”提出一种简洁适用的仿真模型和求解算法,分析了速率模型与“平衡级一级效率”模型之间的内在联系。在两个工业精馏塔上进行了仿真计算和实验检验,结果表明,非平衡级动态模型能够准确预测实际塔板上的动态行为。
