Abstract: On the basis of two-fluid polymer coordination solution model, an equation of state (EOS) for polymer mixtures is derived, and applied to pVT correlation of four polymer mixture systems (polyisobutene/cyclohexane,polyisobutene/benzene, polydimediylsiloxane/hexadimethyl-siloxane, polydimethyl siloxane/benzene). A satisfactory accuracy is obtained. A new concept named fluidity coefficient is proposed. It could be obtained from equilibrium properties (pVT data),and used to predict the transfer properties.
摘要: 基于双流体高聚物统计热力学模型,推导出高聚物混合体系的状态方程,并对聚异丁烯/环己烷、聚异丁烯/苯、聚二甲基硅氧烷/苯、聚二甲基硅氧烷/二甲基硅氧己烷等四个体系的pVT数据进行了关联,关联结果令人满意,并提出了流动因子τ的概念,此τ值可以从平衡性质(pVT数据)推算得到,用它可以定性地预测聚合物流体的流动性.
