Abstract:

Ti/SnO2 +Sb2O4/PbO2 electrode was prepared by thermal decomposition and electrodepositionThe electro-oxidation of 2,2-dimethylolpropionaldehyde on Ti/SnO2 +Sb2O4/PbO2 electrode in acid w〖JP〗as investigated by cyclic voltammetryEffects of scanning rate and 2,2-dimethylolpropionaldehyde concentration on the electro-〖JP2〗oxidation of 2,2-dimethylolpropionaldehyde were discussedThe results showed that 2,2-dimethylolpropion acid was formed by oxidation on Ti/SnO2+Sb2O4/PbO2 electrode and the reaction controlled step was the diffusion process according to Delahay theoryThe Ti/SnO2+Sb2O4/PbO2 electrode showed good electrochemical catalytic activity to the oxidation of 2, 2-dimethylolpropionaldehyde in sulfuric acid.

摘要:

采用电沉积和热分解方法制备了Ti/SnO2+Sb2O4/PbO2电极,用循环伏安法(CV)对该电极在酸性溶液中氧化2,2-二羟甲基丙醛的电极过程进行了理论探讨。重点考察了扫描速率和2,2-二羟甲基丙醛浓度等因素对2,2-二羟甲基丙醛氧化为2,2-二羟甲基丙酸的影响。结果表明:在酸性溶液中,Ti/SnO2+Sb2O4/PbO2电极可将2,2-二羟甲基丙醛氧化为2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,此电极具有较好的电催化作用。根据Delahay理论,该电氧化过程为扩散步骤所控制,此结果为2,2-二羟甲基丙醛氧化反应的研究提供了理论依据。
