Abstract:
The technological characteristics,industrial application and operation results of the 3rd generation ethylbenzene technology from FCC dry gas are described,which was developed by DICP and is currently operated in a styrene combined unit in North China Petrochemical Company(the first system of the heat medium at the bottom of the benzene tower). The results showed that this technology is a green,flexible,economic and advanced route for FCC dry gas up grading and EB production.

介绍了中国科学院大连化学物理研究所等开发的催化干气制乙苯第三代技术的工艺特点,以及该技术在华北石化公司乙苯-苯乙烯联合装置(首套苯塔底热媒系统)的工业应用情况和运行结果,总结了该技术的主要技术指标。生产实践表明:该装置的工艺设计方案先进合理,工艺指标达到设计要求。
