铜转炉吹炼过程冷料添加操作的优化方法

摘要: 针对铜转炉操作过程中的冷料添加操作问题,提出了一种基于改进的遗传算法的优化方法。通过引入种群相异度、个体相异度和相异区,改进遗传算法,使算法增强全局优化性和快速收敛性,以吹炼过程剩余热预测值为基础,应用改进的遗传算法求解冷料添加的全局最优化问题。仿真结果和实际生产应用表明,该方法具有快速和有效等特点,实现了铜转炉吹炼过程中的冷料添加操作的优化和指导,有效地提高了冷料处理量,并增加了铜产量。

Abstract: For the problem of adding cold charges operation in the process of copper converter,a optimization method based on improving genetic algorithm is proposed.The GA was improved by population and individual dissimilarity degree and dissimilarity interval in order to enhanced global optimization and accelerate the convergence rate.Then,on the basic of predictive value of residual heat to the copper matte converting process,the IGA is used for the global optimization problem of adding cold charges operation.The simulation results and production application demonstrate the effectiveness of the scheme which is beneficial to the operation optimization of copper converter,increasing throughput of cold charges and copper output.
