管肋式空间辐射器设计

摘要:

热泵排热系统是未来航天热控的发展方向之一,系统中冷凝器是散热的重要部件,其冷凝性能对热控系统仪器的正常工作至关重要。本文针对热泵排热系统设计了一双面管道肋片式冷凝器,建立了相应的数学模型。分析了肋片几何尺寸对辐射器排热特性的影响,并以辐射器单位面积排热量和辐射器的质量为优化目标,最终得到了肋片最佳的宽度。

Abstract:

Heat pump thermal control system is one future direction of development of space radiator heat rejectioncondenser is an important component in the systemits condensation performance is essential on the work of the instruments.In this papera double fin-tube radiator was designed for the heat pump thermal control system as a condenserand the corresponding mathematical model was established.The impact of fin geometry on the radiation characteristics of heat rejection was analyzed.The optimal fin width was calculated under the optimal heat rejection per unit area and the optimal mass of fin-tube radiator.
